Allow unidirectional one-to-one

Overview of the feature request

Allow unidirectional One-To-One to workaround non-functional lazy-loading in at least one side of the relationship. Should be actively configured i.e. in JDL to prevent changes to existing applications.

Motivation for or Use Case

According to my tests using a blueprint (see #25901 it seems quite easily possible.
