🔖 Feature description

Allow specifying delivery preferences on the topic level similar to what can be managed on the subscriber entity

🎤 Why is this feature needed ?

To allow topics to override the workflow defaults per topic

✌️ How do you aim to achieve this?

Add the preference object on the Topic entity
Allow modifying topic preferences on the rest endpoint of topics
Use the topic preference if available during the delivery of messages
