Problem: Edit and Copy of a task doesn't use task name

Issue

In 2.9.75 when you go to edit or copy a task, instead of the task title displaying (i.e. Edit Template 'Task Title') it always uses the title 'Ansible Playbook' (i.e. Edit Template 'Ansible Playbook') no matter which task you are copying or editing.

OK I see this is to do with the new paid options for bash and terraform.
