Persons within a group are not sorted based on Constituency and then year

I thought this was fixed before but I don't see it working in the new builds. Attaching screenshots.
Keeping the sort order within a group based on Constitueny first and then year gives visual aide for detecting same person more conveniently.

please give exact steps to reproduce the problem - which dataset, which algorithm, etc.

Anyway, I think this is because Constituency -> Constituency_Name.
Fix has been checked in and release is at http://cs.ashoka.edu.in/tmp/surf-standalone.jar
Let me know if it doesn't fix it.
